As briefly explained on my brochure, researchers at Harvard Medical School have found that focused relaxation, or guided meditation sessions can ‘switch-on’ disease-fighting genes.
Additionally, meditation can relieve arthritis and other inflammatory diseases.
There are many benefits to guided meditations, particularly for businesses.
Building team-work will remain difficult while ever there is tension in the group, division or company.
After frequent focused-meditations, greater clarity and ‘intuition’ begins to be more frequently experienced. Things seem to just ‘click into place’ more often.
It’s wise not to be too analytical or sceptical concerning these benefits … that’s what meditation is partly about — letting go the busy intellectual chatter, relaxing and allowing inherent creativity and ease to emerge into your life. Try some sessions and see how your business, work and home life changes and improves.

Nature's Window, by Maria Mann
Astonishing colours, balance, calm
Take time out for yourself and join me in the Kimberleys on this amazing Meditation Retreat. This is a once in a life time journey that will take you into areas in the Kimberleys many people do not experience.
Soothe away jagged nerves and allow yourself to be transformed, awakening your senses to the astonishing colours of the land and the abundant bird-life. This is a chance to feel balanced, calm and in harmony with your innate self, connecting with who you truly are.
We meet in Broome, learning breath work and gentle meditations. Experience the Stairway to the moon. A natural phenomenon is cased by the rising of the full-moon reflecting off the exposed mudflats of Roebuck Bay to create a beautiful optical illusion of a staircase to the moon.

Cable Beach Sunset, by Maria Mann
Travel out to Mt Anderson where we are greeted by Harry Watson, a respected Elder of Jarlmadangah Community. We journey along the Fitzroy River by Camel for 3 nights and 4 days setting up camp in various areas. Listening to Dreamtime Stories, visiting Rock Art and sleeping under the magnificent Kimberley stars.
We return to Broome in time to watch the setting sun over the Indian Ocean. Why would you want to be any where else?
“If you swim in and drink from the Fitzroy River, you will always come back” (Local Quote)
“My experience of the Kimberleys is that it always calls me back, it is a part of me” (Anandi)
This tour is to be held in late August. anandi broome brochure (pdf)
