The benefits of guided-relaxation

As briefly explained on my brochure, researchers at Harvard Medical School have found that focused relaxation, or guided meditation sessions can ‘switch-on’ disease-fighting genes.

Additionally, meditation can relieve arthritis and other inflammatory diseases.

There are many benefits to guided meditations, particularly for businesses.

Building team-work will remain difficult while ever there is tension in the group, division or company.

After frequent focused-meditations, greater clarity and ‘intuition’ begins to be more frequently experienced. Things seem to just ‘click into place’ more often.

It’s wise not to be too analytical or sceptical concerning these benefits … that’s what meditation is partly about — letting go the busy intellectual chatter, relaxing and allowing inherent creativity and ease to emerge into your life.
